It's 20 degrees here, there's an impending ice/snow storm, and the average Oklahoman is losing their shit. It would be hilarious if it weren't so pathetic.

Tried to do some grocery shopping yesterday and people act like a scene from an apocalyptic movie grabbing and fighting for everything off of the shelves. (hyperbole)

Everything threatens to close down.

The people here are pansies when it comes to "winter weather". And everybody who has lived in colder climes makes fun of them.

At least I am not in Scotland right now where they have 145mph winds. Yikes.

Really weird commercials

Back in the late 90's and into the mid-2000's television commercials started to get pretty weird. It seemed like a, somewhat, refreshing new approach by marketing companies to outdo one another on the bizzaro factor. I would really like it if you shared some of the weirder commercials you remember.

I never saw this Skittles commercial, until now.

Celebrity Death Pool 2014

It's that time again folks!

The rules are simple.

1. Pick 5 celebrities that you think will kick the bucket between January 1- December 31 2014

2. Only one person can choose a celebrity, so make sure you read the thread and pay attention to who has been picked.

3. Scores are calculated by subtracting the celebs age at the time of death from 100. (for example, if Miley Cyrus dies next year at the age of 21, 100-21=79 points)
