more of the same HVAC/R.. just with a different company that is oddly located like across the street from jenns work...
loooks like a muchmuchmuch better company.... they have like 25 techs.. 3 dispatchers.. nice office and so far no one has asked the same question twice... not just repeating themselves.. but no one has asked the same question that someone else has.. its friggin wonderful... the place i work now is running themselves into the ground.. they wont fire the guys that are worthless and cant fix anything... and the office lady is constantly on everyones phone asking the same questions again and again and again.. billing is always atleast a month behind.. every monday everyone sits in the office waiting to be dispatched for at least an hour... it use to be a great company.. the boss ran the place very very well.. but after the accident (10/2006) he is now in a wheelchair for life and has brain damage... so hes not doing much boss work anymore....
but yeah.. the place went to hell... accounts are droping like flys... so before the place tanks this winter and no AC places are hiring... me and another guy are getting the hell out..... the other guy is head of the service department and knows his shit inside and out... hes also a great guy... hes letting jenn yap at him about whatever right now while he drinks my beer... we get along good...
