Wednesday the 14th, Dan Friel released a new album on Important Records. The lego-block noise-music stew that is Ghost Town has been called "the best album of the year" by a cokemachineglow reviewer. The Parts and Labor (who are currently recording) frontman has turned out both a driving and haunting sound on this solid album with a "22 yr old toy keyboard, an assortment of profoundly mediocre guitar accessories, and the occasional walkie talkie or remote control car joystick." He also adds that if you have any of the above items, he'll trade you a cd for them.
